Life in Kempsville: Community Overview
Kempsville, Virginia Beach, is a historic section in the region, noted for its beautiful buildings and history as Kempe’s Landing. It spans much of Princess Anne Road from the Norfolk border to the Courthouse. It was once an independent city, and it often feels that way. Though it’s super close to universities, hospitals, and some of the largest employers in the area, it still has such a relaxed vibe.
Most of the homes for sale in Kempsville, Virginia Beach are single-family properties built from 1970 to 1999, though there are some new construction areas and many much older structures. It has a suburban feel to it with the layout of the streets, local parks nestled into community neighborhoods, and lots of local events. It’s close to other top neighborhoods nearby as well, which means it’s easy to head to the beach, visit Mt. Trashmore events, or make your way to the golf course for a day on the green.
Ideal for families and professionals, and close to the military bases for those who wish to commute to work, the Kempsville, Virginia Beach neighborhood is quite beautiful, welcoming, and well worth considering if you’re in the search for Kempsville homes for sale.
