Living in Chic’s Beach is genuinely like living a dream. I’ve got an amazing place right by the water, so I see stunning views, sunrises, and sunsets all the time.

I’m an avid volleyball player and fan, and moving here has just taken that to the next level. I started this Facebook group for folks who love the game as much as I do, and it’s turned into this awesome community. We’re all about impromptu games, just hitting the beach and having a good time. And we even put together our own tournament – no stress, just a bunch of beach lovers having a blast.

And it’s not just about volleyball. I’ve got a great dog, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, and she’s living her best life here. She loves playing fetch on the beach, and I swear she’s got a smile on her face the whole time.

Chic’s Beach is more than a neighborhood. It’s a vibe. It’s chill, but there’s always something going on. There’s a real sense of community here, and everyone’s super friendly. The bars, the restaurants, the shops – it’s got everything you need.

Nights here are something else. We’re talking beach bars, bonfires, and just soaking up the good times with friends. It’s like an endless summer.

Pleasure House Point Natural Area

Loch Haven Park is located inside the natural area which has over 118 acres of tidal marsh, maritime forest, water, and sandy shores.
